• The VFL is a pen-sized Fibre Optic Cable tester and visual fault locator, which sends a visible red laser down the fibre core
• The laser operates at 635nm and is suitable for the verification of Multimode and Singlemode fibre optic systems
• VFL can also be used to visually identify faulty splices; breaks in patch cords and breaks in cable within splice trays. Faults are clearly shown by a visible red light
• This offers greater test distance and easier identification of cable impairments and the 2.5mm ferrule will accept any of todays standard ferrules
